Logging into NewStore Omnichannel Manager

There are 2 ways to log into the app:

Prerequisites

A user account that has corporate or NewStore credentials (email ID and password) for logging into NewStore Omnichannel Manager. See Creating a user account .

Important

User accounts can only be created by a user with the Manage Users and Roles permission. see Default roles and permissions .

Using your corporate credentials

If SSO is enabled for your business, there are two ways to log into NewStore Omnichannel Manager:

  • With your corporate credentials : If you already have corporate credentials assigned to you by your business.
  • With your credentials from NewStore: If you do not have existing corporate credentials, or your business needs you to use NewStore credentials to log into NewStore Omnichannel Manager.

Logging in with your corporate credentials

  1. Ensure that you know your corporate login and password.
  2. On the login screen, click Login with my company email.
  3. To log in, enter your corporate credentials in the login screen you are redirected to.

You are logged into NewStore Omnichannel Manager.

Logging in with your NewStore credentials

  1. Ensure that you know your NewStore login and password.
  2. On the login screen, click or use Username and Password.
  3. To log in, enter your NewStore credentials in the login screen you are redirected to.

You are logged into NewStore Omnichannel Manager.

Setting up a password

To set up a password for your NewStore credentials, ensure that the password:

  • Contains special characters (!@#$%^&*)
  • Contains lower case (a-z) and upper case (A-Z) characters, and numbers (0-9)
  • Must be at least 8 characters in length
  • Must be a non-empty string

Using your NewStore credentials

If SSO is not enabled for your business, use your NewStore credentials to log into NewStore Omnichannel Manager. Contact the support team for more information.

  1. Ensure that you know your NewStore login and password.
  2. On the login screen, click Login with username and password.
  3. To log in, enter your NewStore credentials in the login screen you are redirected to.
