Contacting support

To contact support:

1. Click on your user name at the top right corner.

2. Click Contact Support.

3. Fill in the fields and click Submit. A case is automatically created and sent to the Support team. You receive an email confirmation once the case is created.

   The more information you provide, the easier it is for the support team to help you.

The NewStore support team will process your ticket as soon as possible.
